Introduction

TriPoint Insurance Underwriting, is a newly formed independent Canadian Insurance MGA founded in October 2016 by Gerry Kennedy, which allows all brokers to access its specialized product offerings. The product offerings will be focussed on developing niche products and innovative solutions for our brokers and their clients on a National basis. A sampling of our product segment includes General Liability, Property, Wrap-up Liability, Course of Construction, Project Specific Indemnity, Contractors EIL, and Contractors Equipment, Equipment Breakdown and Commercial Legal Expense.

TriPoint was created with the mandate to create alignment on areas of opportunities and a focus on key strategies, so that TriPoint has a high degree of concentration and specialization. This higher degree of focus will enable us to dig deep in segments that we believe will contribute to TriPoints own growth going forward: growth which in turn will create opportunities for our brokers, our colleagues and our markets.
