Jonas started his insurance career working for a large multinational insurance career where he held progressive positions in the area of property, casualty and specialty insurance. He has spent the last 15 years creating and leading a dynamic underwriting platform within a retail broker setting by securing capacity from foreign markets. This exposure to both the retail broking and underwriting side of the business gives Jonas a deep understanding and appreciation for the industry. Jonas is constantly looking for creative ways to provide solutions to meet today’s insurance needs.  In addition to his industry experience Jonas has a Diploma in Insurance from Mohawk Collage and is a Registered Insurance Broker in Ontario (RIBO).

Gerry’s leadership is proven with previously held positions at both senior and executive levels, over the past 20+ years. He is the quintessential insurance professional who brings passion and commitment to excellence and ability to exceed customers’ expectations. From Broking to Insurance to Reinsurance to Loss Control and MGA /Wholesale, Gerry has done it all and delivered.

He started his career in Ireland as a Marine Underwriter. In Canada he graduated McMaster University and Athabasca University. He holds four FCIP designations (Management, Risk Management, Claims and Underwriting), Degrees in both Labor Relations and Human Resource Management, along with a Canadian Risk Management (CRM), Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) and Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation.

Kelly McLean joined TriPoint Insurance Underwriting Inc, as Operations Manager, and first staff member. Kelly brings with her over 20 years MGA experience, with a very strong background in MGA Systems Management, combined with Property & Casualty Underwriting experience.
